Dashboard

The dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. It provides a real-time overview of your SyncID system — employee counts, device status, recent attendance activity, and quick access to common actions.

At the top of the dashboard, four status cards show key metrics:

CardWhat it shows
Active EmployeesTotal number of active employees in SyncID
New EmployeesEmployees pulled from SyncrOne that are waiting to be onboarded
DevicesTotal number of registered devices
UsersNumber of SyncID user accounts

Each card includes a trend indicator showing the change compared to the previous week (e.g., “+3 from last week”).

A visual chart shows how many devices are currently online vs offline, giving you an at-a-glance view of your device fleet health.

The dashboard shows the status of your SyncrOne connection with quick-action buttons:

  • Sync Employees — manually trigger an employee pull from SyncrOne
  • Send Attendance — manually push pending attendance records to SyncrOne

These buttons are useful when you need an immediate sync without waiting for the next scheduled run.

A table shows the most recent attendance events across all devices, including:

  • Employee name
  • Device name
  • Timestamp
  • Authentication method used
  • Sync status (whether the record has been sent to SyncrOne)

A list of recent device connectivity incidents, showing which devices went offline, when, and whether they have recovered. This helps you spot recurring network issues.
