Dashboard
The dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. It provides a real-time overview of your SyncID system — employee counts, device status, recent attendance activity, and quick access to common actions.
Status cards
Section titled “Status cards”At the top of the dashboard, four status cards show key metrics:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Active Employees | Total number of active employees in SyncID |
| New Employees | Employees pulled from SyncrOne that are waiting to be onboarded |
| Devices | Total number of registered devices |
| Users | Number of SyncID user accounts |
Each card includes a trend indicator showing the change compared to the previous week (e.g., “+3 from last week”).

- Sync Employees — manually trigger an employee pull from SyncrOne
- Send Attendance — manually push pending attendance records to SyncrOne
These buttons are useful when you need an immediate sync without waiting for the next scheduled run.
